Rental Details:
- $2,400.00 for 3 nights (total), arriving Thursday before Derby (5/2/24) and departing Sunday after Derby (5/5/24).
- Fifty percent (50%) due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit due by April 1, 2024 (non-refundable)
- Refundable $500 damage deposit required and $300 will be refunded within 24 hours of departure if no damage to rental unit; $200 cleaning fee (deducted from $500 damage deposit)
- Check in on Thursday (flexible) and check out on Sunday (flexible)
- Additional nights available upon request
- Luxury car service available – We are available to provide transportation for you if requested
- No smoking, firearms, pets, or loud parties
