• There’s a covered back patio that makes for a perfect spot to hangout! (not pictured)
• The patio has string lights and an outdoor sectional couch.

Terms and Price

• No Pets. No Smoking inside.
• $2250 for 3 nights (arriving Thursday, departing Sunday).
• Refundable $500 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $100 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit).
• 100% due at time of booking.
• I can accommodate any of your needs including but not limited to: food deliveries, restaurant recommendations, and transport to/from the track.
• The basement has an off-limits room that will be locked during your stay, the detached garage is also off limits.
