Welcome to 1233 Central Avenue!  This house has everything you’ll need to get ready for the 150th “Running of the Roses”. Conveniently located right up the street from the race track. You can see the downs from the front yard! This house is up to date yet it still holds some of its 1936 charm.

Terms and Price

• No Pets. No Smoking inside
• $3200 for 3 nights (arriving Thursday, departing Sunday)
• Refundable $500 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $100 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
• 100% due at time of booking
• I can accommodate any of your needs including but not limited to: food/liquor deliveries, restaurant recommendations, and transport to/from the track.
• The basement has an off limit room that will be locked during your stay, the detached garage is also off limits.
