We are located on a courtyard that is accessed by foot traffic only, making it feel like you’re out of the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being in the midst of the action. In addition to being off the main road, there is alley access to the back of the home, making loading and unloading your belongings hassle free.

- Master bedroom & full bath – 1 queen bed and own private full bathroom with walk in shower. The master suite consists of the entire second floor and has several dressers and closets available for use.
- First floor bedroom & full bath – 1 queen bed, large dresser, and closet, as well as a full bathroom (with bathtub) in the hallway.
- Large living room and parlor that are joined by French doors in the front of the home. Each room has a sofa and a chair, plenty of room for everyone to hangout and relax. There is a large flatscreen in the living room as well.
- Basement bedroom/studio apartment & full bath – Totally remodeled area (completed in 2022) with 1 full bed, a sofa, and a recliner. In addition, it has its own private full bathroom as well as an efficiency kitchen/wet bar and access to the laundry room. The basement is a walk out with its own private entry into the backyard, making for a great separation of space for guests. Large, updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dish washer, refrigerator, and wine fridge. The dining room is off of the kitchen with a table that seats 6.
- Each bedroom has its own flatscreen tv with cable and streaming services connected (Netflix, Hulu, On Demand, etc.)
- The backyard is fully fenced in with a privacy fence and has a 4 person high top table, 2 adirondack chairs, and a solo stove. The majority of the yard is an aggregate concrete patio.
- The large covered front porch has a table and two chairs as well as a swinging bench.

- $7,000 for three nights/four days, arriving Thursday before Derby (May2) departing Sunday after (May 5)
- Includes a bottle of Kentucky Bourbon
- Check-in and check-out times are flexible

- Quiet neighborhood, no loud parties please
- Refundable $500 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit due by April 1, 2023
