Enjoy the 150th “Running of the Roses” while staying in the historic Alexander House, circa 1894. Located at 1453 S 2nd St in Old Louisville’s Historic District, you will enjoy a convenient 20 minute walk to the track or ride for free on one of Louisville’s reliable TARC buses.

The Alexander House is located 2 miles from downtown clubs, restaurants and museums. Uber, Lift, Yellow Cab, Bird & Lime Scooters services are readily available.

Rates and Terms

• $3,900.00 for 3 night stay (Thursday evening May 2nd thru Sunday May 5th)
• $2,500.00 due upon acceptance, and the remaining $2,500.00 is due no later than Friday April 26th
• Downtown Rate Packages average $7,200 for 3 nights, double occupancy (SOLD OUT)
