The large family room has a bar, refrigerator, bathroom, large-screen TV, and fireplace. The basement area includes a fitness room, Ping-Pong table, fireplace, surround sound TV, and a refrigerator.
The outdoor area of the house is second to none. Walk out to the tile-floor patio and find an outdoor kitchen with two burners, a grill, a warming oven, and a refrigerator. The patio has two tables, an umbrella, a couch, a chair, and two lounge chairs. Adjacent to patio is a screened-in porch with a fireplace, TV, couch, and chair. The large screen door is operated electronically. From the patio you walk down two steps to the hot tub which also has its own fireplace. Then walk out to the backyard which looks onto the golf course and you will find your own Putting Green. We also have a fire pit that seats eight. A Goalrilla basketball hoop is also in the backyard.

- Cost is $10,000 from Thurs. May 1st to Sun. May 4; additional days at $1,000 per day are available if desired
- No parties, pets, or smoking allowed in the house
- An optional cleaning service can be provided at $75 each day
- A damage deposit of $500 is required and will be refunded if there’s no damage
