• Arrive after 3:00 p.m. on May 2, depart by 11:00 a.m. on May 5
• $5,000 non-refundable deposit due with contract/$9,000 balance due one month before arrival (April 2 for Derby)
• $3,000 refundable damage deposit also due with contract
• Rental agreement required
