Eleven-foot ceilings throughout with remodeled kitchen in center of the home which is open to the spacious living area.
The house is set up with 2 bedrooms and an office and sofa which we can easily convert to a Queen Bedroom if you need the space making the home a 3/2.
Walk in shower in one bathroom and beautiful claw footed tub in the other.

Rental Details
- $3000 for 3 nights – Check-in Thursday at 11:00 and Check-out Sunday at 11:00.
- Additional nights may be available upon request. We understand if you want to check in the night before.
- Full payment due upon booking. Refundable 500.00 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 48 hours of departure.
- 225.00 Cleaning Fee upon booking
- Dog friendly home
- No smoking, vaping inside please.
Here’s the icing on the cake included with your booking – luxury ride for 6 people to the track on Oaks and Derby Day with refreshments provided. Please make your own arrangements to depart the track.
