Terms
- The Derby weekend rate- $20,000 (taxes included) Thursday-Sunday/Monday, due upon booking.
- $350 cleaning fee.
- A refundable $1,000 security deposit due upon booking. Deposit is refundable within 30 days after the key is returned and no damage occurs.
- Check-in is 1:00pm Thursday, May 4 and check-out is on Sunday or Monday after Derby.
- Additional nights, earlier check-in, and / or later check-out times are available at an additional cost.
- Smoking on patio or out front ONLY
- NO PETS
- Quiet Hours: Midnight-7am
- For additional fee, 1-2 drivers is available to transport guests to and from Churchill Downs.
