- $5900 for 3 nights (total), arriving Thursday before Derby (check in 1:00pm) and departing Sunday after Derby ( check out 1pm)
- ½ Amount due at signing (non-refundable)
- Additional nights available upon request
- Refundable $2000 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- No smoking, vaping, firearms or loud parties. Quiet neighborhood, no late nights.
