Rental Details
- $5900 for 3 nights (total), arriving Thursday before Derby and departing Sunday after. Amount due at signing (non-refundable)
- Check in is 3 PM Thursday and check out is 12 PM noon Sunday (flexible)
- Additional nights available upon request
- Refundable $500 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- No smoking, vaping, firearms or loud parties. Quiet neighborhood, no late nights.
- We can also help you with receiving your food/liquor deliveries so they’re waiting for you, restaurant recommendations and reservations (these fill up quickly, so be sure to let us know ahead of time), securing bourbon distillery tour spots, etc.
