The house boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms – one with a comfortable Queen, the other a spacious King bed, plus a sun-dappled den with Twin, all sharing an incredibly oversized bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen adjoins a lovely breakfast nook with seating for 3. Between the kitchen and the living room is a wonderful dining room, seating 6, with direct access to the terracotta patio. Nestled under the shade of magnolia trees, the patio offers two inviting seating areas, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails. The elegant living room incorporates a baby grand piano and three gorgeous arched windows topped with 11 foot ceilings.

Terms:
- $4,000 for three nights/four days, arriving Thursday before Derby (May2) departing Sunday after (May 5)
- Additional nights available upon request, stay and enjoy what Louisville has to offer!
- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. There are two medium folding dog crates in the house which would be required if the animals are left unsupervised. Backyard is fenced but not fully secure, let’s discuss.
- No smoking or vaping in the house. No firearms. No loud parties.
- Refundable $1,000 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 48 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee not refundable.
- $3,000 due upon signing, non-refundable; remaining balance collected by April 16, 2024

- Full size Washer and Dryer, plus an extra toilet (when you gotta go!) are available for use in the unfinished basement.
