The first-floor master suite boasts a master bath with a walk-in shower with walk-in closet with laundry. On the main floor, there’s a living room with a large oval dining table that conveniently seats eight or more along with an eat-in kitchen that accommodate 4 to 6 as well. Two additional bedrooms, with a basement office/work area. The lower level is the perfect spot to hang out after a day at the track. Complete with a large tv, you can relax and watch a movie, or there’s a wet bar perfect for entertaining. There’s also the fourth and fifth bedroom, along with its own bathroom.
The kitchen is cozy and light, complete with a space to eat or you can step out onto the deck that overlooks a landscaped patio with a fireplace and a gentle flowing water fountain. - Charming and well mannered pets welcome along with their very own welcoming package
- Refundable $1,000 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $200 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- Quiet neighborhood, no extreme late nights, no loud parties
- 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit by April 15, 2024
