The first-floor master suite boasts a master bath with a walk-in shower with walk-in closet with laundry. On the main floor, there’s a living room with a large oval dining table that conveniently seats eight or more along with an eat-in kitchen that accommodate 4 to 6 as well. Two additional bedrooms, with a basement office/work area. The lower level is the perfect spot to hang out after a day at the track. Complete with a large tv, you can relax and watch a movie, or there’s a wet bar perfect for entertaining. There’s also the fourth and fifth bedroom, along with its own bathroom. 

The kitchen is cozy and light, complete with a space to eat or you can step out onto the deck that overlooks a landscaped patio with a fireplace and a gentle flowing water fountain.   • Large outdoor area located on the deck complete with a grill,  and work table area if you’d like to chill and grill. 
  • All beds have linens and pillows provided (and are extremely cozy!) The bathrooms are stocked with towels, toiletries and hairdryers. This home is *extremely clean* 
  • Front and backyard are nicely landscaped and maintained, private backyard, front and side for parking, plus additional parking in driveway

Terms

  • $6,950 for four days, four nights, arriving Wednesday before Derby (May1) departing Sunday after (May 5)
  • Includes a hard-to-find bottle of Kentucky bourbon (dealer’s choice) 
  • Check-in, and check-out times are flexible
  • Additional nights available upon request
  • Non-smoking
  • Charming and well mannered pets welcome along with their very own welcoming package 
  • Refundable $1,000 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $200 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
  • Quiet neighborhood, no extreme late nights, no loud parties
  • 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit by April 15, 2024
