Home for rent: sleeps 8. This 5,000 square foot home is located on a private tree-lined street, yielding a park-like setting, within a stones throw of the Watterson Expressway (I-264) and I-71. Our home is about 15 miles from Louisville International Airport (SDF) and Churchill Downs and even closer to wonderful restaurants. It is a fabulous oasis after a day at the track or sightseeing. The main floor has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, see-through gas fireplace, dining table that seats 10, and a comfortable living room that opens onto a screened-in porch. The home also has two other beautiful outdoor rooms: a Pennsylvania blue stone patio with dining table and seating area with gas fire-pit table and an expansive deck overlooking woods with a natural gas grill in the back. There are four bedrooms with en-suite baths – no need to share a bath while getting ready for your day! We have an on-demand water heater, so no limit to the available hot water. There is a finished basement with another full bath and work-out room.

All beds have new mattresses and luxurious linens. The baths are well stocked with toiletries and hairdryers. We are happy to work with you to stock your preferences, so your packing is easier. There are laundry rooms on both floors and ironing supplies. The home has an entertainment system, so there is music throughout the first floor and all outdoor areas. There is YouTube TV. There is WiFi throughout the house.
Terms
- $7,500 for three nights. Check-in is flexible, but but we request check out by noon on Sunday. Additional days available at $2500 a night.
- 50% due upon booking and remainder 30 days before rental. $1500 damage deposit. Mid-stay cleaning available at extra cost.
- We are happy to stock food/beverage requests at cost.
- Completely nonsmoking property.
