  • $5,900 for a full month: April 16th – May 16th (dates flexible).
  • Balance of the rent is due by April 1st.
  • Smoking is not permitted.  
  • Parties are not permitted. 
  • Pets are permitted for a $50 pet fee and a $250 deposit per pet. 
  • $1,000 damage deposit.  Refundable within 30 days after the key is returned and no damage occurs.
