This first floor condo is only a 7 minute drive (3 miles) to Churchill Downs and is centrally located to the city’s best restaurants, cocktail lounges and shopping. Our 120-year-old historic home has the perfect blend of old world charm and modern sensibilities featuring a private entrance, 12-foot ceilings and plenty of natural light. We are located in a courtyard that is accessed by foot traffic only which makes for an intimate, calm setting to unwind after a long day at the track. In addition to being tucked away off the main road, there is convenient alley access to the condo which makes loading, unloading and pick-up/drop-off a breeze.

- $3,000k for three nights, four days, from Thursday to Sunday.
- Check-in and check-out times are flexible
- Refundable $500 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit due by April 1, 2024
- No Children. No Pets. No Smoking
- Grocery placement before arrival for cost.
