This first floor condo is only a 7 minute drive (3 miles) to Churchill Downs and is centrally located to the city’s best restaurants, cocktail lounges and shopping. Our 120-year-old historic home has the perfect blend of old world charm and modern sensibilities featuring a private entrance, 12-foot ceilings and plenty of natural light. We are located in a courtyard that is accessed by foot traffic only which makes for an intimate, calm setting to unwind after a long day at the track. In addition to being tucked away off the main road, there is convenient alley access to the condo which makes loading, unloading and pick-up/drop-off a breeze.

  • Kitchen – modern kitchen with all appliances/cooking utensils supplied including a Keurig
  • Large living room and dining area space with plenty of room for everyone to hangout and relax. There is a large flatscreen in the family room as well with access to Youtube TV, Hulu, Netflix, etc.

  • 7 minutes (3 miles) to Churchill Downs
  • 9 minutes (4.8 miles) to Louisville Airport
  • 8 minutes (3.1 miles) to Downtown/NULU
  • 7 minutes (2 miles) to Germantown Kroger (grocery store)
  • Less than 10 minutes to an assortment of bars, restaurants, breweries, and distilleries. (I’m happy to share any recommendations upon request!)

Terms

  • $3,000k for three nights, four days, from Thursday to Sunday.
  • Check-in and check-out times are flexible
  • Refundable $500 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
  • 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit due by April 1, 2024
  • No Children. No Pets. No Smoking
  • Grocery placement before arrival for cost.
  • Quiet neighborhood, no parties please
