The first-floor master suite boasts a large master bath with a walk-in shower and large jacuzzi tub. On the main floor, there’s a living room with a large round dining table that conveniently seats eight or more. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a loft office. The lower level is the perfect spot to hang out after a day at the track. Complete with a 110″ large screen + projector, you can relax and watch a movie, or there’s a wet bar perfect for entertaining. There’s also the fourth bedroom, along with its own bathroom.
The kitchen is cozy and light, complete with a space to eat or you can step out onto the screened porch that overlooks walking trails, greenery and a gentle flowing water fountain. Wanting to sit near a fire? Step through the screened porch onto the deck where you’ll find seating for everyone and a cozy spot in front of the outdoor fireplace that’s just waiting for you and a glass of bourbon.

- $5,950 for four days, three nights, arriving Thursday before Derby (May2) departing Sunday after (May 5)
- Includes a hard-to-find bottle of Kentucky bourbon (dealer’s choice)
- Check-in, and check-out times are flexible
- Additional nights available upon request
- Non-smoking and no pets
- Refundable $1,000 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $200 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- Quiet neighborhood, no late night, loud parties
- 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit by April 1, 2023
