Terms
- $6,500 for four days, three nights, arriving Thursday before Derby (May 1) departing Sunday after (May 4)
- Check-in, and check-out times are flexible
- Additional nights available upon request
- Non-smoking and no pets
- Refundable $1,000 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- Quiet neighborhood, no late night, loud parties
- 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable); remaining balance and damage deposit by April 1, 2025
- Discount available on a rental car, if needed
