“Our stay at The Harden’s was perfect for our Kentucky Derby weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the space was. The photos truly don’t do it justice!
The home was not only well-decorated but also incredibly clean and organized, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The bedding, in particular, was wonderful, providing a perfect night’s sleep before the big event. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room was a great place to relax after an exciting day at the track. We also loved the outdoor space, which had a TV and comfortable furniture, making it a perfect spot to unwind.
The location was ideal for the Derby. We were just a short drive from Churchill Downs, which made getting to and from the race a breeze. We also enjoyed exploring the local restaurants and shops in the area, all of which were easily accessible from the rental.
Finally, a special shout-out to the host, who was phenomenal. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and excellent local recommendations. It’s clear they take great pride in making their guests feel comfortable and valued.
We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting for the Kentucky Derby or any other occasion. We would definitely stay here again!”

- Deposit: 50% nonrefundable due at booking
- Damage Deposit: $1,500 refundable (Venmo, Zelle or certified check)
- Final Payment Due: April 1, 2026
- Damage deposit refunded within 30 days of key return and inspection
