Terms and Price
- Price: $1200 for 3 nights, due at signing; non-refundable
- Arrival the Thursday before Derby after 3pm and departure the Sunday after before noon.
- A $500 damage deposit (required and refunded within 24 hrs; $150 will be charged for cleaning which will be deducted from the $500 damage deposit)
- 15% Discount if rented for more days (May 5 – May 10) and 20% discount if from May 11th and later
- NO SMOKING, VAPING, PARTIES, OR FIREARMS ALLOWED
- No pets.
- No more than 3 guests.
