- $250 cleaning fee
- 50 percent non-refundable rent and 100 percent refundable damage deposit of $1,000 are due with contract by Venmo, PayPal or certified check
- balance of the rent is due by April 1, 2023
- deposit is refundable within 30 days after the key is returned and no damage occurs
