Terms
- $7,000 for three nights, Thursday arrival–Sunday departure
- additional nights may be booked for $1,200 per day (can accommodate up to full week)
- check-in time is Thursday at 11 am., check-out is Sunday by 3 pm
- $250 cleaning fee
- 50% nonrefundable rent and 100% refundable damage deposit of $1,000 are due with contract by Venmo or certified check
- balance of rent is due by April 1st.
- deposit is refundable within 30 days after the key is returned and no damage occurs
- no parties, minors, pets, or indoor smoking
