As you enter the Derby Estate, you will notice a grand foyer and entertainment room to your left. This prestigious home is located in one of the safest and most desirable neighborhoods in Louisville Proper. This home is centrally located between downtown nightlife and art scene, coupled with historic local eateries, and access to East end shopping.

Now, a little about our amazing abode. First and foremost, the home is pet friendly and fully fenced in to keep your angel safe while you stay in our home. Next, the home is equipped with a whole house generator in case the weather decides not to cooperate for Derby; as sometimes mother nature can have a peculiar approach in the morning of Derby and completely different way to end her afternoon.

Now that you have acquainted yourself with our neighborhood and the entrance to the home. I would like to welcome you to the very large accommodating kitchen and formal dining room. This kitchen bodes a built-in oven to assist you with any food needs you and your guests may have. In the past, we have had guests order in a chef to cook an amazing dinner for them at the house; as sometimes it is challenging to get your dinner reservations out on the town the week of Derby.

As you enter the steps going upstairs, you will find four full bedrooms: Master bedroom with ensuite, and two bedrooms with a jack & jill bathroom (pocket doors to provide privacy).

The final bedroom, the Derby Room, is located on the left. Guests staying in this bedroom will need to use the bathroom on the lower level. This full bathroom is located right outside our lovely game-inspired basement.
