The main floor features a formal den and formal dining room, eat in kitchen, casual family room and attached sunroom. There is laundry on the first floor as well as a three car attached garage.
Outdoors, you’ll enjoy a large yard with mature landscape equipped with covered seating on an oversized patio. Fire pit, grills, TV, and outdoor pool (heated) will all be available for use.
The basement features a surround sound movie theatre with bar/concessions area. The basement also features a full bath for additional sleeping options for guests.
Upstairs is home to the master bedroom and three additional rooms for guests.
All of this and an easy 25-minute drive to Churchill Downs and the airport.

Terms
- $8,495 for four days and three nights, Thursday–Sunday
- Additional days may be booked for $1,000 per day if available
- Check-in time is Thursday at 2 p.m., check-out is Sunday by 2 p.m.
- $250 cleaning fee
- 50 percent non-refundable rent and 100 percent refundable damage deposit of $1,000 are due with contract by Venmo, PayPal or certified check
- Balance of the rent is due by April 15, 2023
- Deposit is refundable within 30 days after the key is returned and no damage occurs
- No parties, minors, pets, or smokers
- If there are additional ways we can help you enjoy your stay, please let us know. We can stock the fridge or bar, identify rides to the track, suggest bourbon trails, etc.
