Sleeps 11: 5 bedroom 3 ½ Bath home, 3400 square feet, Sleeps 11 in beds, pet friendly, 2 rides a day in 12 passenger ( can transport 11 people) van included for Thursday-Sunday (May 1st-4th). $8900 includes cleaning fee, No security deposit, Check-in 10 am Thursday, Check-out 2 pm Sunday. 50% of rental fee due with signed contract by venmo, zelle, or certified check, and balance due March 1st, 2025. 

It is located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Jefferson Trace in the Fern Creek/ Jeffersontown area of Louisville, Kentucky. 19.2 Miles from Churchill Downs. 

Transportation: I will provide group transportation for up to 11 guest. Includes one ride to and from the Louisville airport (pick-up starts @ 9 am or later). I can pick up and drop off from Lexington or Cincinnati airport for an additional $75 each way. Includes one to-and-from ride of your choice as a group each day you are in the home.

Features

First Floor: Living room with leather reclining couches, gas fireplace, open fully furnished kitchen with door to covered deck, formal dining room, laundry, half bath, master bedroom with king size bed and full master bath with jacuzzi tub and shower. TV in Living room and master bedroom with YouTube TV. A thermostat that you will be able to control.

Second Floor: Three bedrooms, one king, one queen, and one with two twins and a twin trundle, one full bathroom, and a separate thermostat you will have control of.

Walkout Basement: One queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room/game room with pool table, ping pong, full-size skeet ball, air hockey, and three-person pop-a-shot. TV in living room with YouTube TV. (there is a 6th bedroom that is a personal office and will be locked).

Allow two dogs up to 50 pounds no additional charge. Must be potty/house trained and not in a chewing stuff-up phase, please. There is a large kennel/small pen with a washable pee pad, Dog bed, water bowl and food bowl provided ( I can even provide some balance dog food if needed).

Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, trash bags, body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Smoking ONLY permitted outside the residence.
