Terms:
- $6,000 for 4 days/3 nights (+) $1,000 refundable damage deposit
- Arrive after 11 a.m. on Thurs. May 1st, depart by 3p.m. on Sun. May 4th (flexibility with dates and check-in/check-out times)
- $3,500 non-refundable due at contract signing. $3,500 balance due by April 1.
