💰 Price and Payment
- $2,500 for Derby Weekend (Thursday–Sunday / 3 nights).
Additional nights (when available): $800 per night - Rental agreement includes 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking
- Remaining balance due by April 1, 2026
- $1,500 refundable damage deposit
- $350 non-refundable cleaning fee
