The carriage house has another bedroom and bathroom. There is a heated pool with 1/2 bath in the garage. The owners will provide breakfast and shuttles to the track if desired.
Primary bedroom king bed with attached bath and access to sunroom. Other 2 second floor bedrooms queen bed with shared bath. Laundry room and multiple porches. Third floor bedrooms one with queen bed, and one with twin beds. One hall bathroom and large study with some exercise equipment.
Can walk to Bardstown Rd with multiple restaurants, stores, etc.
Sleeps 10+ people comfortably.

- Rental terms $25,000
- Non smoking, No big parties
- 10% refundable deposit at booking and refundable after departure
- and full payment due by April 20th.
- Arrival Thursday and departure by Sun or Monday after Derby.
