Ten-minute drive to Churchill Downs, five minutes to downtown and Nulu. Third bedroom with portable bed is shotgun-style; walk through it to get to the spacious 2nd story master BR. Sleeps 6 people.
Extras for your comfort include Wifi, flat-screen TVs, blackout blinds, ceiling fans, Jacuzzi tub in MBR, plush towels, and brand new 100% cotton cozy sheets.
Rental Details
- $6500 for 3 nights (total), arriving Thursday before Derby and departing Sunday after. Half due at signing (non-refundable), the other half plus damage deposit due April 1.
- Check in is 3 PM Thursday 5/3 and check out is 12 noon Sunday 5/6 (flexible)
- Additional nights available upon request
- Refundable $500 damage deposit required and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure; $250 cleaning fee (deducted from damage deposit)
- No smoking, vaping, firearms or loud parties. Quiet neighborhood, no late nights.
- We can also help you with restaurant recommendations and reservations (these fill up quickly, so be sure to let us know ahead of time), securing bourbon distillery tour spots, etc.
