- Smoking: Back yard or front yard is fine. No smoking in the house.
- Pets: Dogs okay, others considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Parties: Can accommodate one large gathering if negotiated with owners.
- Payment: 50% due at booking, remaining 50% due prior to check-in.
