Four-bedroom three bath home on Kenwood hill, three miles from the track. This is not an investment property; this is our home we live in year-round and like to share with those celebrating Derby weekend. Complete with tile and hardwood floors throughout, we have lots of
natural light and plenty of space to spend your derby. The open kitchen/dining and living room space is perfect to entertain with friends and family. Also includes a spacious lower level with room to exercise, watch tv or just chill out. Private back deck/yard and screened in porch below look out on wildland filled with trees and songbirds, a relaxing view for cool evenings.

Pets allowed! We have an enclosed run with limited indoor access. Leave your pets at home while you hit the downs and relax in the knowledge that they’re safe and happy.

Walk to the Colonial Gardens restaurant pod where Japanese, Mexican, Craft beers, pizza and more await you. Our local coffee bar is around the corner, and Iroquois park is across the street, with a disc golf course, pickleball and walking trails.
